Monthly Tapping
for Artists
With Melanie Fay and Antrese Wood
If you've been waiting for permission to take up space in your own studio, or if you're just tired of the mean voice winning, come see what happens when you give yourself this kind of support.
A Different Way to Work With the Voice in Your Head
A science-backed, somatic approach to quiet self-doubt while you make Your art.

You finish a painting and before the paint’s even dry, your brain starts picking it apart.
You walk into the studio and that unfinished canvas suddenly feels like evidence that you're doing it all wrong.
There’s that nagging voice that instantly shows up. It questions your right to paint, tells you you’re behind, or that none of this "art stuff" really matters.
It’s lying.
But you can change it. You can take the charge out of the lies. And when you do that, its like it gets bored and just stops showing up.
This monthly group is for artists who are tired of their own minds turning against them.
Together, we create a supportive space to calm that voice, release the patterns that link making art with stress or fear, and make room to work without constantly second-guessing yourself. So the studio feels like your sanctuary, starting feels easier, and you can get into flow (and stay there!)

We meet once a month and tap together in a live, guided session.
Some months we work with old memories that shaped how you relate to your work — like a comment that continues to live rent free in your head, a critique that still makes you cringe, or that time you decided it wasn’t safe to be confident. Other months we focus on what’s happening right now: hesitating before you make a mark, the flood of doubt about whether the painting's finished, the ways you hide instead of allowing your work to be seen.
Tapping works by sending a calming signal to your nervous system while you’re with what’s hard, using gentle, rhythmic touch while staying connected to your work and thoughts so those thoughts lose their grip instead of taking over.
If you’re ready to stop waiting for permission and start working from a steady grounded truth, come see what it’s like to give yourself this kind of support.

What people say about working with Melanie:
“As an EFT trainer and practitioner myself, I’m quite picky but Melanie is someone I trust deeply! She has a natural gift and intuitive ability! I had been in a cycle of self-sabotage for 6 months, so she didn’t dilly dally on surface issues, but dove right to the root cause: fear of judgment. In about 30 minutes of using EFT tapping on anxiety and procrastination, I felt motivated and eager to start writing."
~ Jackie
"I’ve absolutely LOVED the group tapping I’ve done with Melanie. It’s been the perfect place for me to grow in my tapping know-how and ability to tap on my own. One thing I really love about it is being able to experience group tapping, it’s been a true gift."
~ Kara
