You want to grow as an artist — and sell your work without selling your soul.
But right now, it feels like you're spinning. Invisible. Stuck but not sure how to move forward.
Growth Studio is where that changes.
It’s not a course. It’s not a content dump. It’s live coaching, honest critique, and the kind of community that helps you stay in it — even when it feels hard.
Show up scared. Show up unsure. We take it one step at a time — until you’re ready to leap.

WHAT’S POSSIBLE WHEN YOU SAY YES TO YOUR ART
You learn to love the work — and love the artist who makes it.
This changes everything.
You start trusting yourself in the studio.
You stop holding back.
You make work that feels like you — and finally feel ready to share it.
You grow as an artist and as a person.
And when you’re ready to sell, you’ll know exactly how — in a way that’s strategic, authentic, and fully yours.
Inside Growth Studio – What You Actually Get
We’ll work on the internal and external blocks around selling your work.
You’ll learn how to talk about your art, show up online (in a way that feels human), and build a sales path that works for you whether you’re just starting to think about it or already making sales and ready to scale.
This isn’t random marketing fluff. My background includes years working with Disney’s marketing teams and coaching e-comm business owners running multi-million dollar companies. And I bring that experience directly to your art practice.
Most connections happen on the live calls. And over time? It starts to feel like a small town in the best way.
People know you. They remember what you’re working on. They notice when you’re not there.
It’s deeply supportive, never cliquey. Kind. Present. Real.
There’s also a private online space to share wins or post works in progress, but the real relationships are built live, week after week.
Bring what you’re wrestling with: decisions, doubts, roadblocks, marketing questions, mindset spirals. We'll work through it live. You get direct, honest coaching from me. Not surface-level advice. Not empty cheerleading. Real support, tailored to you.
Even when you’re not the one in the hot seat, you’ll be surprised how often someone else’s question becomes exactly what you needed to hear.
This isn’t crowd-sourced advice. I lead every critique and you'll get grounded, clear feedback based on your goals.
You’ll see your work more clearly, strengthen what’s working, and evolve in your true direction.
You’ll leave feeling focused, not deflated.
Why do artists JOIN?
There’s no one “right” reason to join Growth Studio but most artists come in at a turning point. They’re done using struggle as proof of commitment. Now they’re answering something deeper: love for the work, and love for the artist who makes it.
If you’re standing at one of those creative crossroads (or just tired of spinning) these voices will feel familiar.
Louisa joined because she craved real connection with other artists — not just a feed or forum, but a space where people show up for each other.
Louisa: Community with other artists.
Leslie joined after a show left her feeling stuck. She’d raised her prices, believed in her work, but still came out frustrated and unsure what went wrong. She’d been circling the program for years and then finally said: “Why haven’t I joined yet?”
Leslie: “I was stuck after a show.”
Steve joined during a major life pivot. After a successful career in another field, he was ready to take his art seriously and needed structure and momentum to help him step fully into it.
Steve: Make progress with new career.
Is Growth Studio for you?
Yes — if you’re ready to feel proud of your voice, and safe inside your own skin.
Growth Studio is for painters who:
- Want to grow a sustainable, intentional art practice — whether or not they’re selling yet
- Are done trying to figure it out alone
- Are craving honest support, kind challenge, and real momentum
- Feel scared to be visible… but want to stop hiding
- Are in this for the long haul, even if the next step feels messy or unclear
You can come in feeling lost. Shy. Uncertain. I meet you exactly where you are.
What matters isn’t perfection. It’s that you keep showing up — especially when it’s hard.
Because over time, something deeper awakens:
You start treating yourself like someone worth showing up for.
Your art gets braver — and so do you.
What It Looks Like When You Start Trusting Your Work
These are all Growth Studio artists. Some joined feeling lost. Some had never shown their work before. What they share is a commitment to growing both their technique AND their voice.

Part of a bigger transformation.
You’ve got two options:
$139.99/month: Month-to-month. Stay as long as it’s supporting you.

What happens when you FINALLY feel supported?
From hesitant to bold in the studio
You don’t have to be fearless to make brave work — you just need a space that invites it.
In Growth Studio, artists stop tiptoeing. They experiment more. Take risks. Let go of what doesn’t fit. And they start making work that actually feels like theirs.
Watch what opened up when Beverly stopped playing it safe.
Mindset Isn’t the Fluff — It’s your Foundation
You can be incredibly talented and still talk yourself out of your own potential.
That’s why we work on the thinking behind the painting.
Self-doubt, perfectionism, procrastination — it’s all on the table here. And we get under it, gently but clearly, so you can move forward without dragging that weight behind you.
Here’s how that shift changed everything for Leslie.
Community That Actually Shows Up
This isn’t a feed you scroll past. It’s a group of artists who know your name, care about your work, and notice when you’re not around.
We laugh a lot. We show up consistently. And when one person grows, it lifts everyone. And OMG how we cheer for you!
Braighlee came for support — and found something much deeper.

I'm feeling so grateful for this community. Thanks, Antrese for creating this place where we can share and learn from you and each other. Even when roadblocks or hurdles are difficult to articulate, you always find a way to bring clarity. For an artist it is a safe place to be and to grow. I just wanted to say thank you :)

Antrese, I have never been so excited about my work! You provide such a wealth of resources and spot on coaching. I feel like my growth is limited only by the amount of effort I choose to apply to my work. And you present that effort as something exciting and FUN. I cannot wait to see where my skillset can go!!

About Antrese
Hey — I’m Antrese, and I’m really glad you’re here.
Before I started Growth Studio, I spent over a decade as an art director at Disney, leading creative teams on video game titles and collaborating with some of the most wildly talented artists you can imagine. That work taught me how to give clear, actionable feedback fast — the kind that actually makes your work better, not just different.
But the technical side is only half the story.
I’m also a Master Certified Coach, a Deep Dive Coach, and a certified hypnotist — which means I can help you get to the root of the beliefs and patterns that quietly shape how you show up in the studio, in your visibility, and in your relationship with your work.
And when it comes to the selling side of being an artist? That’s in my toolkit too. I spent years as a marketing coach for e-commerce business owners — including brands doing millions in annual revenue — so when we talk about pricing, visibility, or getting your work into the hands of the right people, we’re not guessing. I’ll show you how to build something that’s true to you and grounded in strategy that actually works.
Growth Studio is where all of that comes together — art, mindset, marketing, and growth that lasts. I’ve coached artists at every stage, and I’d love to support you too.
Let’s make something amazing together.

What do Artists say about
working with Antrese?
Antrese is always very efficient with what she says. She keeps the group running and stays focused. I love that. I love that she redirects if whoever's talking gets off course or tries to go around the answer. But she's kind, she keeps it running, and she's great at time management because we all have a lot to say - and it's fun!
~ Leslie
Antrese definitely challenges me. She has some of the answers, but she teases them out of me, and it probably works much better that way for me to come up with the answers myself than for anybody just to give them to me and write them down. And Antrese is extremely generous, so it is a pleasure to work with her.
~ Michele
"I enjoy being pushed, but (Antrese is) good at not pushing when somebody doesn't want to be pushed. I've noticed that (Antrese doesn't) push all of us the same way. (She's) good at reading the person and and seeing how tough to be, and how gentle to be."
~ Jack
It elevates everything about the experience of painting
(Antrese) really talks a lot about falling in love with your painting. I have that now as a criteria of a successful painting experience: am I in love with my painting and am I deeply curious about my painting? And that has just helped me refine and crystallize that very important mindset. It brings joy to my work. It gets me excited.
~ Louisa
"It wasn’t just tools for focus — it was an honest look at what I want, what I can do, and what’s actually getting in the way."
" (Antrese) always brought it back to: What’s true for you? What do you want to do? And how do you make space for that?"
~ Janice
"Within a few months of Antrese’s course on getting into a gallery, I not only got into one, but had a successful solo show.
She helped me break that self-imposed limited thinking and move along a more productive path. Not everyone’s going to have the same result, but everyone will take away something liberating. She’s really good at re-directing your thinking.”
~ Rhonda
"Antrese brought a unique level of insight and genuine caring to each participant, which I so much appreciated. She made everyone feel comfortable and supported, like a dear friend, but also knew when to break out some tough love, like a compassionate mentor that really cares about your evolution.”
~ Laura
“Antrese is so down to earth. It's like having a good friend to talk to. I mean, she's an artist, so of course, she understands. She's bringing up the right questions.
When you talk outside the group, people don't get it because "you're so lucky you're an artist!" And we are! Yet, there's still all these challenges. I'm very thankful that she put the program together. She's very organized and to the point.
~ Kathleen

Growth Studio is part strategy, part sanctuary. It's where we take your creative work seriously and treat your growth like art, too.
If you're an artist who wants to make your work more visible, sustainable, or aligned with your next evolution — but without selling out, burning out, or contorting yourself — that’s what Growth Studio is for.
We work on the practical stuff (clarity, structure, marketing that doesn’t make you cringe) and the human stuff (resistance, self-trust, all the “what am I even doing?” moments). But one of the most unexpectedly beautiful parts? The community.
The artists who come to the weekly calls don’t just show up — they show up for each other. Over time, people genuinely get to know one another. They care. They listen. And that creates this kind of generous, grounded support that honestly even surprises me sometimes. You say something you’ve been quietly struggling with, and suddenly half the Zoom room is nodding. That kind of validation doesn’t always happen in your day-to-day life. But it happens here.
So if you’ve felt alone in the creative grind or unsure how to keep going — Growth Studio gives you tools, direction, and a small circle of artists who actually get it.
Yes — if selling your work is part of what you want, we’ll absolutely go there.
This isn’t a “how to sell your art on Instagram in 30 days” program. What we do is more personal and more effective long-term. We look at the real reasons selling has felt hard — visibility fears, inconsistent momentum, not knowing how to talk about your work without feeling gross — and we address those from the inside out.
At the same time, we work on strategy. Tactical, real-world, non-sleazy marketing strategy that helps you sell your work in a way that feels aligned with who you are. I bring years of experience here — not just as an artist, but from my background collaborating with marketing teams at Disney, and coaching e-commerce business owners (some running multi-million dollar companies). Selling art is different. But honestly? Not that different. The core principles still apply — and I’ll show you how to make them work for your art, your voice, your values.
So yes, artists in Growth Studio often do start selling more — but not because they’re forcing themselves into a formula. Because they finally feel like themselves while doing it.
Coaching happens weekly on live Zoom calls. It’s not hot-seat pressure or performative advice-giving. It’s thoughtful, spacious, and real. You bring what you’re working on — a stuck spot, a decision you’re circling, a visibility struggle, whatever’s up — and we talk it through together.
Sometimes that means helping you map out next steps. Sometimes it means untangling a limiting belief you didn’t even realize was coloring your practice. And sometimes it just means saying the scary thing out loud and being witnessed by a group of artists who totally get it.
You don’t have to come with perfect questions or polished plans. You just have to show up as you are. Even if you’re not the one being coached, listening in is often just as powerful — it’s wild how many people say, “That wasn’t my question, but it was exactly what I needed to hear.”
And if you ever miss a call, you can always catch the replay. Many artists just listen to the private podcast or watch the recordings, and it changes them completely. They choose not to participate live, and that's totally fine. But being there live - that’s where the magic really happens.
Absolutely. First, let me say this: these critiques are not the “tear it down to build it up” kind. No one’s here to play tortured art school professor. My goal is to help you see your work more clearly, trust what’s working, and feel grounded in where you want to take it next.
The critiques happen live on our calls, and I lead them personally. You bring a piece — finished or in progress — and I offer thoughtful, honest feedback based on your goals and creative direction. This isn’t a group free-for-all. It’s a focused, supportive space for you to get experienced eyes on your work, without noise or ego.
We talk about what’s strong, what could be more intentional, and how your work is being received — always in service of your voice, not some outside standard of “good.”
If you’re craving peer conversation, that happens inside our private community space — not on the calls. But the critiques themselves are a dedicated moment for you to go deeper into your practice, with clear, grounded support from me.
Artists often leave feeling energized, affirmed, and more connected to what they’re making. That’s exactly what I want for you.
You bet! Every call is recorded and uploaded so you can watch (or rewatch) whenever it works for you.
Whether you miss a session or just want to revisit a piece of feedback, you’ll have access to the full library while you’re in the program. And honestly, a lot of artists tell me they get just as much out of watching other people’s sessions as they do from their own. There’s something powerful about hearing someone else work through a creative block or share their doubts and realizing, oh wow, I’m not the only one.
So yes, the replays are there for you. No pressure to make every call live though the magic is always strongest in community .
Mostly painters — oil, acrylic, watercolor, gouache, mixed media like collage. You’ll find figurative artists, landscape painters, still life, abstract, and abstracted realism. Some have gallery representation. Some are self-taught. Some are coming back to their practice after time away.
The range of experience is wide, but what everyone shares is a deep commitment to their work. They’re not dabbling. They’re serious about growing — not just in skill, but in voice, visibility, and creative integrity.
So if you’re a painter who wants to keep evolving in your practice, and you’re craving support that’s both practical and deeply human, you’ll fit right in!
That’s totally okay. You don’t need a fancy resume or gallery representation to belong here. What matters more is that you’re serious about your growth — not in a hustly way, but in that deep, personal way where you know this matters to you and you want to keep going.
Some artists in Growth Studio have been at it for years. Others are just now returning to their work after a long break. What they all have in common is a desire to make their art feel more aligned, more visible, and more connected to who they are now.
If you’re unsure whether you’re “ready,” here’s what I’ll say: if you’re open, curious, and willing to show up for yourself and your creative practice — even imperfectly — then yes, you’re ready.
There’s no set timeline. Some artists come in, get what they need in 3–6 months, and move into their next chapter with more clarity and momentum. Others stay for years — not because they’re stuck, but because they’re committed. They know that growth as an artist isn’t something you “graduate” from. It evolves as you evolve.
In fact, some of the artists who’ve been here the longest are the most dedicated, engaged, and curious. They stay because the work keeps meeting them where they are — at new levels of visibility, voice, and self-trust. And they’re still growing. Hard.
Growth Studio gives you weekly live calls for coaching, critique, and conversation — not self-paced modules, but real-time support. And while the rhythm is steady, the pace is yours. There’s no pressure to “keep up,” and no shame in staying longer than you expected. This is a space you can keep growing inside of — as long as it’s serving you.
Yes — you have full control over your membership. If you ever need to cancel, you can do it yourself or just email support and I’ll take care of it. No weird hoops, no guilt trip.
Life shifts. Creative focus changes. I fully respect that. You get to decide what’s right for you, and when.
Yes — and it mostly happens on the calls.
We meet live multiple times a week, and that’s where the strongest connections form. Over time, artists really get to know each other. They share openly, cheer each other on, and offer the kind of grounded support that’s hard to come by in most creative spaces. It’s not performative or “networky” — it’s real, generous, and rooted in shared experience.
There is an online space where folks can post wins, works in progress, or follow up between calls — but I’ll be honest, that part’s quieter. Most artists in the program are already juggling a lot, and the calls tend to meet their needs for connection. So if you’re not looking for another platform to keep up with, you’re in good company.
Eventually I may tweak how the online part works. But for now, the heart of the community is what happens live — in real time, face to face, week after week.
When you’re ready, just hit the Join Now button. You’ll go through a simple sign-up process, and once you're in, you’ll get immediate access to everything — the live calls, critique sessions, replays, and community.
From there, you can start showing up in whatever way works for you. Some people dive right in, others take a week or two to settle and feel things out. There’s no one right way to begin.
And if you have questions before joining, or want to make sure it’s a good fit, just reach out. I’m happy to talk it through with you.
Not in this space — Growth Studio is designed as a group coaching program. That means we do everything live, together, and you’ll absolutely get coached by me on calls. But there’s no private 1:1 time built into this container.
That said, if you’re looking for deeper support or want to work with me one-on-one, there’s a separate way to do that. Just reach out and we’ll send you the link with all the info.
Life happens — and it’s totally okay if you need to step back for a bit. There’s no punishment, no judgment, no getting “behind.” All the coaching and critique calls are recorded, so you can catch up when you’re ready.
That said, most artists in Growth Studio don’t disappear for long. They’re invested. Not just in their own growth, but in each other. Even when someone needs a breather, they usually stay plugged in through replays or pop back in feeling re-anchored. The momentum here is real — and most people don’t want to miss it.
There’s no pause button, but there is a strong current. And when you’re ready to jump back in, it’s always here.
Great question! Calls are Monday at 1PM Eastern and Wednesday at 5PM Eastern.
All calls are recorded and uploaded to our private site within 24 hours. You can also listen via our private podcast feed—so you’ll never miss a thing, even if you can’t make it live.
I alternate coaching and critique calls so that whether you can only attend Mondays or only Wednesdays, you’ll still have access to both types of support.
Here’s what that looks like:
- Week 1: Monday = Coaching ; Wednesday = Critique
- Week 2: Monday = Critique ; Wednesday = Coaching
- Week 3: Monday = Coaching ; Wednesday = Critique
You get the idea, right?
That said, these calls are here to support you—not to pressure you. Many artists never attend live but still get a ton of value from the recordings and private podcast. You get to engage in the way that works best for you.
I also host a bonus call on Fridays at 5:30PM Eastern—it’s a casual art chat where artists unmute and hang out. Sometimes we discuss a topic or artist, and occasionally I paint live while we talk.
Doubt is normal — it comes with the territory (assuming you're a human).
You don't have to be 100% certain, just willing to try.
And if you’ve read THIS far, I'd say you ARE willing.
